hey guys.. had my maths test today..it was terrible..=(..out of 20 questions i only noe 6..haix..failed my first test of the term!sobsob.. hand in my art today too..most of us had to redo..so do i..need to improve on the colouring..=)art is really fun..the teacher is really funny and cool..haha..
hmm..the rest of the day have been okie..went for np training today too..learn abt lots of things today.. training was abit dishertening..well..we had drills..and was really tired out because of the big big sun and the many many pumpings we did..after that we had pioneering..we are surpose to make a garget that can support a person..things was going on okie at first..all of the sudden we had some communication problems and started to sort of "quarrel" and also lack of teamwork..then we were all disheartened and some started crying while having debrief.. i was sad n lost..sitting there dunno what do..keep quiet thru out the whole training..coz have been missing trainiing..then started feeling abit left out..things got better after we all talked abt it..looking for solutions..yupps..
its really a big lesson i have learnt..miscommunication can lead to disheartening to the whole batch..lack of teamwork too..its really important to have teamwork and understanding with each other in a team..as saying.."united we stand , divided we fall"hope that training will be better next week!also hope that more people will come for training=)
